We aim not to awards, nor have market shares. What we do is for our own or other people’s pleasure and memory. Do not call ourselves photographers, nor photo – enthusiasts or even worse…. artists.  We document just what we see, because we believe that belongs to us in some way.  Or maybe once belonged to what has hit us .  And to do this we use a camera.

The relationship with time, its symbols , its decline and the ‘ impermanence of our own version, expresses the breath and the entire uselessness of our work, which is especially dedicated to those who are not are interested .  To better define ourselves and not for conceit.

To others, we offer what we have not yet seen, forgotten and lost . The places where we are not yet able to walk , the houses where we still can not get in, and the multitude of faces and bodies that we met , and we wanted to be all along.  Another, there may be asked , why would not know it.  Nor we do wish.  If we were to choose a reference, or a person in our life who has inspired us in some way, that we could say definitely, P.P. Pasolini is one of them.

Non ambiamo a riconoscimenti, né ad avere quote di mercato.   Ciò che facciamo è per il nostro o altrui piacere e ricordo. Non ci definiamo fotografi, né foto-amatori, né artisti. Siamo semplicemente degli autori che documentano ciò che vedono, perché ritengono che gli appartiene in qualche modo, ed è per puro caso, se per fare questo usiamo una macchina fotografica.   Ci interessa il rapporto con il tempo, i suoi simboli, la sua decadenza.

L’ impermanenza della nostra stessa versione, esprime il respiro e la totale inutilità del nostro lavoro, che è soprattutto dedicato a coloro ai quali non interessiamo.  Per definirci meglio e non per presunzione.   Agli altri, offriamo ciò che ancora non abbiamo visto, dimenticato e perso. I luoghi in cui non siamo ancora riusciti ad arrivare, le case dove ancora non possiamo entrare, e la moltitudine di volti e corpi che abbiamo incontrato, e che avremmo voluto essere da sempre.   Altro, non ci venga chiesto, perchè non sapremmo farlo.  Ne lo desideriamo. Se dovessimo scegliere un riferimento, una persona che nella nostra vita ci ha ispirato in qualche modo, potremmo sicuramente che P.P. Pasolini è uno di questi.

«Ho sempre pensato, come qualsiasi persona normale, che dietro a chi scrive ci debba essere necessità di scrivere, libertà, autenticità, rischio. Pensare che ci debba essere qualcosa di sociale e di ufficiale che «fissi» l’autorevolezza di qualcuno, è un pensiero, appunto aberrante, dovuto evidentemente alla deformazione di chi non sappia più concepire verità al di fuori dell’autorità».
